Hope to see you all next year!
We hope you had a Merry Christmas and are looking forward to a great New Year. We have had a fun time meeting all the people during this years season including lots of new ones that came because they saw us on the GCLF TV show.
Santa blessed us with his visit this year and we have posted this seasons Santa photos on our Facebook page.
We participated in filming an episode for the Great Christmas Light Fight on ABC during October. This was the cause of all the early decorations. Our episode aired on December 14th and you can still catch on Xfinity and we will be posting our segment to YouTube shortly.
See some photos taken during the GCLF shoot in the GCLF page on the left. You can also see Parade pictures, Widmer-World shots and Santa photos on our Widmer World page on Facebook
We feel we have created one of our best displays since we started decorating.

Please join us by parking your car and walking through our display.
Please stay on designated pathways and refrain from running or touching display items.
Pets are prohibited in the rear yard due to the number of guests and limited space available.
WARNING!!! Due to the high electrical voltage that runs our show, please DO NOT enter the show areas or yard for any reason! Failure to observe this rule could result in you being asked to leave.
How do you control the lights?Everything is controlled with software and hardware from Light-O-Rama and Animated Lighting. Our display for 2009 used 32 different channels, 2010 was 80 channels, for 2015 it was 540 individually controlled channels. This allows us to control almost every element in our front yard display and most of the elements in the back yard.
How many lights do you have?Unfortunately, we have never counted them... Every year we add new elements to our display in an attempt to make the display new and exciting for our returning guests, while at the same time we incorporate many of the old favorites back into the display.
How much did this cost?We don't know and I hope my wife never finds out... :)
How much is your PG&E bill? This is one of our best kepts secrets... I am happy to let you know what it is, but only if you are willing to pay the bill... :)
Do you accept donations?Yes, we do accept dontaions. We have a couple donation boxes in the yard. One helps us offset the cost of providing free Santa photos and the other helps with the electric bill... Any donations that are in excess of these two expenses are forwarded on to our favorite charties on behalf of Widmer World...
Why do you do this? Our display is nice way for our family to give something back to our wonderful community... It is also a nice family oriented hobby that keeps my family close and offers us an opportunity to spend time together while providing something special for our many guests.
